Virsual Class

Hay I want to offer my students a virtual class room so I can teach them online, website should use one of the eLearning platforms like Wiziq , Dimdim or one of the virtual class paid software like [login to view URL] Basically it should provide Audio-video chating with PDF shairing ability and white board. Web design should be included in the bid and it should be simble one. The virtual class solution should be integrated with a student registration system. I want to post for new classes ( in Arabic language )so students can request password to join. Important : Students should be able to register their names in Arabic text also they should be able to search lessons titles by using Arabic keywords. Thanks and best regards
