tshirt store needed

Hi I am in need f an online tshrt store. I need something simalar to tshirt hell_com. Need all the same features. I could design it myself but do not have time and am on a budget. Was thinking maybe one of you guys had like a customized oscommerce or something that was ready to go. I need it to have an easy admin area to add shirt designs quickly. Need it to accept paypal and [login to view URL] cc. Also an affiliate program and an added area to where people can submit tshirt ideas and get paid if we use them. I am on a budget and cannot spend alot at all....but I figured that I would post the job
