I am looking for someone that is good with a tracing tool that can help me end up with a good vector trace for these 2 graphics that are going to be used for t-shirt screen printing. I am no expert with tracing so i need a bit of help and i thought someone that is good with doing that could do it or me quickly. Also if the 2 images could be made black instead of blue that would be cool.

Looking to pay very little for this. Someone that know this can do it in minutes. If someone does it for $10 or something.
