Some tweaks and issues in Xcart

I have one website in Xcart..And want to resolve and test for features. We changed design mostly but still some tuning points to correct. When click on Add To Cart button ..This is not adding item in cart. This was working before..but not now. We need Brands Pics in one row 3 and then rotation for another 3 We need internal pages also to change for design same as for main home page theme and colors.. We need final test also So That website can be launch..Also we need testing in IE 9.0 and upwards versions. So Make Bid and individual..who can work fast. We have budget for all tasks Approx: $50
