We have an established PHP website with many users ([login to view URL]). We are looking for someone with EXPERIENCE to do some redesign work. As part of the redesign, I'm looking for suggestions for new features. This project is for programming work and I guess also some management work as far as idea development. This will probably lead to a permenant position. If you would like to bid, please FIRST review the site and become familiar with the concept. I have no suggestions, you must give me suggestions!!
