Shipping intergration into shopping cart

have a shopping cart rental/web store hosting service: Globalestores.com. Here customers can sign up for a web store with integrated shopping cart. I would like the checkout to have FEDX, UPS, and DHL shipping integrated in their checkout eliminating the need for them to set shipping zones and prices. (you can check out the shipping features @ [login to view URL] user name: test password: test click “products” and then you can see the shipping features) [login to view URL] cart owner would select what methods they want to allow [login to view URL] like it to fetch all rates/methods of shipping dynamically from the Shipping Tool UPS/DHL/fedex based off of shipping weight, destination and the address listed in the user profile (store owners address). [login to view URL] will choose the Carrier (for example DHL), and his order will be shipped using this carrier.
