PHP Butterfly Marketing script template manipulation

We are using the Butterfly Marketing script on our website which consists of dynamically generated php pages. All we need is for someone with php knowledge to manipulate one of the preset Butterfly Marketing templates to modify the look of our 'sign up' form that will go on our front page. This is a very quick job and we're hoping to get this sorted before the end of today.
