Online quiz system with facebook integration

Hello dear bidders, We need aplication like this [login to view URL] but I want it to be written in php + mysql + javascript, no FLASH. I want it on the same way how it is [login to view URL] buttons, with menu, with timer ALL which you can see. For now I want it without the multiplayer feature. Only simple quiz system with 10 questions per day (for users who are not vip) and from 20 to unlimmited (for users who are vip). Here is a simple way that I want to work site: 1. User enters the site 2. Check whether it is logged with his facebook account 3. Connecting with the Facebook or My site registration 4. Start Game Payment will be made here with ESCROW.
