Listbingo Joomla Component Modifications and Problems

We are using Listbingo component for Joomla -->[login to view URL] What we want? 1. Right now Listbingo charges clients by number of days for posting ads. Like 30 Days $5.00 60 Days $8.00 100 Days $12.00 and so on, but what we want to do is to charge clients by Category. For instance if we Have Two Sections with the following categories: 1. Community - Parks - Churches - Sports 2. Jobs - Marketing - Construction - Computers We want to charge only the people who post ads in Jobs and the Community Section will be FREE. That's all what we want to do, please bid and send us the following. How many days to complete project and your bid price. Our Budget right now is $250, but we are understandable if is going to cost more than that. Best Bid and Best Suitable person for the job takes this project.
