jQuery animation and parallex effects

We want to create an animated greeting card using javascript and jquery, to work on desktop computers, and mobile devices such as Android, iPhone, and iPad. The effect will be similar to jQuery parallex demonstration in this page [login to view URL] You can see how the sky and clouds are moving with the mouse. However we also want this to work with the Acceloremeter on mobile devices, and add some timed animations to it. We'll provide all the graphics, but we just need someone who's an expert in jQuery animation to put it together.
