Heat/Cold bar (same as hukd.mydealz.de) - Wordpress plugin

Ok, here is the deal. I am working on site similar to hotukdeals or mydealz.de. Its wordpress based (thesis+marketing delight 2 theme) and now i would need "Add heat/cold bar" plugin for Wordpress. How this bar looks, please check attachment. I would like to see same design (colors should match my theme) and similar functionality. Demands: 1. Admin panel with options to change color,font, position (below title, above title, below content etc), option to switch between guest/registered users being able to vote. 2. Simple widget with best deals today and this week. 3. Some other ideas that contractor would have Happy bidding.
