Customized wordpress site

I have paid a graphic designer to rebrand my company. She does not have a reliable web developer to implement the art into my wordpress template exactly the way we have drawn it up. I have a theme that I use currently and I'd like to see if my design elements can be implemented into my current them. If not, I need to have a theme built/customized that can handle the needs of my business. I'm a photographer so I need a home page, portfolio page and blog. The theme used by most photographers in the industry has a very simple nav bar. We have designed a custom nav bar and we would like to have those graphic elements implemented into the them. We have a clear vision of the final look already complete so I need a great web guy to pull it together. For the person skilled and knowledgeable in wordpress, this should be quite simple.
