Customization of News Display Module for Joomla

1. Customization of module mod_myblog_latest. which is My blog Module from Azrul for website [login to view URL] this is a module which displays the latest entries of all the categories of myblog. I want an option where we have have option to display the entries category wise and article wise, For example there are three categories for myblog 1. english poems, 2. english stories 3 news. Right now this modules will displayes all the entries in all these categories together, i want and option where i can put the category ID , to display the desired content. so that i can use the same module to dispaly English poems, English Stories separately. by putting the categories, separated by comma. also articles can be shows article wise, so that i can name the module as Feautred articles, where i can display myblog articles by just adding the article ids separated by commas, also give an option to show a little bit text of the article along with the title, where we can give the char limit. Suggestion : there is a module name GLOBAL NEWS installed in the site, which has all the desired option and working very well. but it opens the articles in the defauls joomla article layout not in myblog layout. if you could just change the URL or layout of this module, it would be very easy. so instead of working on mod_myblog_latest you work on this one it would be a lot easier. or you can modify any existing news display module which wil show the articles in My Blog layout. 2. Create a menu system for myblog, where we can access the myblog categories from the main menu of joomla, in the main menu where we will display Home | Photography | English Poems | English Stories | English poems and stories are categories used by myblog, give an option for the same in the submenu as well, Also give a menu option to view the blog of the user.
