I have two PDF's. One of an inner page and one of a homepage that need to be put into HTML and then integrated with WordPress. So we are looking at a custom WordPress integration here. The site needs to be developed in foundation so that it is responsive. The site needs to be developed in HTML5 and SASS needs to be used to develop the CSS styles. The bones of the WordPress site are already there - meaning the template files and what not. Please do not bid if you are only familiar with "tweaking themes." This is a custom theme that needs to be developed. Thanks
