569634 Complete Travel Website Build/Design: membership and rating

We are looking for a website programmer/designer to build a fully-functional travel website with integrated CMS. Features include: - User login, linked to facebook. Ability to track user metrics (# of posts, comments, etc.). - Customized user profile. - Community forum. - Unique rating system. - Comment system with ability to rank comments. - Restricted non-user capabilities and page restriction for non-users. - SEO We are willing to share full wire-framing through Balsamiq mock-ups. Project should be completed within 40 days and we will be involved on a day-to-day basis. Easy-to-use CMS is key. We want to be able to edit/remove all content. Please include URLs of past work.
