Better design of exisiting site

I need someone to work on the design of a site. No major changes needed. What is needed is to better the overlook of the page : Better header on index page. Better homepage presentation Setup the slide where you see the cars Add a few boxes for future use When you make a search you end up on a detail page, this also would need some tweaking to make it look a bit better and correct the coding so that the info shows correctly (margins, padding etc...) This is for someone who would also know about php as you will need to work on template files and php files.
