Adsense website generating $30+ per day

Hi freelancers, I would like to work with an experienced Google Adsense website developer who can create an Adsense site generating $30 – $40 USD daily for at least 2 years. If this project goes well with consistent earnings, I’ll have multiple similar projects for the successful bidder. ONLY PROFESSIONALS, please! TERMS: 1. Techniques and methods: - Only White Hat SEO Techniques. No blackhat or greyhat methods. - 100% organic traffic clicks, no bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services. - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic. - Strictly follow Google Adsense rules and regulations. - All practices must maintain my account in good standing. 2. Content and design: - The web site should have unique and useful contents, no spun articles please. - No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules. - Write SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating money long term. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads. - Must Be Adsense optimized - I can track the website with Google Analytics. Once again, the website must generate income minimum 30$ per day for at least 2 years with no intervention on my part. 3. I will provide: - Domain name - Webhosting - Google Adsense account 4. Payment: I have to check how the website works, so I will not pay in advance. I’ll pay after I receive the first payment from Google Adsense. I‘ll create two milestones and will release the first after the first month and the next after the third month, i.e. when I see that this website will make money long term. Please have in mind, IF there is any problem with my Google Adsense account, I will not pay you. Must be accepted by Google Terms and Service.
