adhoc php / web designer - location GMT +/-3 Hours

I am looking for a top class web developer who is available from 2 - 15 hours per week for adhoc work. Adhoc means that there may be lots of work one week, and then none the other. I am happy to work around your other commitments - but generally I would need you within fairly short notice. you will have excellent php, mysql, design, html, css skills. preference will be given to those who are experts with AJAX and those who have a good eye for design. you will need to be located 2-3 hours ahead or behind of GMT (grenwich mean time), have good english skills and available by IM/phone.
