Staffing Request

Project is for a staffing company that wants to provide an easy way for their clients (businesses) to order personnel. Project requires secure registration module that allows businesses to register.? When the refistered user logs in they will have an area where they can fill out a form to order personnel.? This order will then be sent to an email in 1 of 2 locations which can be driven off a drop-down with cities. Registration Form Details: 5-10 Text Boxes 2 Phone Boxes (require recommended format with quick validation to ensure number is valid) Roughly 3-5 drop-downs Personnel Form Details: From a design perspective, this will need to be broke into sections. *2-4 Date Fields (select icon to get calendar to choose dates) *3-5 drop-downs *Roughly 20 check boxes in a few different sections (such as days needed mon, tues, wed....) *15 text areas for job descriptions, special comments, etc... *1 Scroll Box with agreement that the user needs to review and then check a box to show agreement has been read and agreed to. *1 upload area so the registrant can upload a document with a job description.? Functionality: For the "Order Personnel" for the desired functionality behind this is to have fields auto-populate as much as possible.? For this reason they would need to have orders saved in profiles.? For example, if I order a? sales person related to web sites, I may name that profile "Web Sales Person" - then when I order that second sales person for? that job function, I can select that profile from a drop-down and edit what is necessary.? Account information should always auto-populate when a user orders.? For now this needs to provide "ease of use" for staffing agency clients.? This should be developed in a technology that allows for add-ons down the road such as document management, etc. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform NA - no site at this time.
