Visual Basic .Net project template for calling other applications

I'm looking for a Visual Basic .Net project template for calling other applications (exe, vbs, cmd, etc.). In the template I want to be able to add/modify domain, user id, password, program to run, program parameters, and path to program. Once variables have been changed I recompile and have a standalone exe. When I run the new exe it will run/call the program in the code and will use the id and password in the template. It is kind of like using the run as command in windows 2000. The reason I want it in an exe is so that I can send out exe’s without having to worry about someone seeing the user id and password. If possible if the template was an actual exe/program that could ask for app name, domain, user id, password, program to run, program parameters, and path to program and once entered it will generate a new standalone exe. This way I do not have to have visual basic or similar type develpment tool to have to perform a compile. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
