Quickbooks Mailing Labels

This project requires either a Quickbooks Pro Add-in or a stand alone vb.net application that can create mailing labels from client info. We only want to create labels for clients that haven't had a transaction in the past year or since for given date range. Would also like to generate a list of emails for the clients in the mailing labels. Please describe how you propose to accomplish the project.
