VB6, MSComm and modems

I have two machines... both with modems... one machine needs to call the other one over a phone line. The machine needs to be sitting waiting for a call - and answer it when it rings. When it answers, they need to connect and then I need to "ask" the remote machine for various things (password and data) and I need to be able to interpret that incoming data. Then I need to send info back to the other machine. I have a form setup with mscomm and I have it set to answer the incoming call... that is where I am... I don't know how to "ask" for the info from the remote machine and I don't know how to view the data coming in. That is the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win 98, ME, 2000, XP
