Gifts and Coupons software in VB

Hello I am looking for a VB programmer who can develop a software for me. The program MUST cover ALL the features listed. To understand the specifications, first understand the background from a third person’s view. There is a company which sells Tea/Coffee and other items in wholesale. The company sends the bulk items to Retailers. Assume the company deals in TEA. There are a number of packets of different weight. For example, a packet of half kilogram, a packet of 1 kilogram, a packet of 1 and half kilogram and so on. With each packet 1 gift is entitled. The gift can be anything like a steel plate, a dinner set, a cooler etc. While sending tea packets to the retailer, the gift items are also sent. Inside every tea packet a gift coupon corresponding to the gift item is also sent. So when a customer buys a tea packet, he will find a gift coupon inside the packet. He will show this coupon to the retailer and the retailer will then handover the gift to the customer and collects the gift coupon from the customer. Then the retailer sends the gift coupon back to the company to indicate that the gift has been given to the customer. Sometimes gift items are not sent along with Tea packets (but still gift coupons are inside the packets). Then gift items are sent later on by making challans. The program should keep track of 1) Tea packets sent to retailers 2) Gifts sent to retailers 3) Pending gifts which were not sent to retailers 4) Gifts sent through challans 5) Gift coupons received back from the retailers. This was the overview of the scenario. The exact specifications are in the attached file. PLEASE DO NOT BID WITHOUT READING THE ATTACHED FILE. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
