Small CSS Fixes (1 Page Web site)

I have a one page website that is using an external style sheet instead of tables. I need some small fixes made to the style sheet and on page code: 1. Ensure page looks the same in Internet Explorer (5-7) and Mozilla/Firefox. 2. There is a search box at the top of the page that needs to be centered vertically. 3. Replace all <div align="center">, bold tags by defining them as classes on the external style sheet. 4. Remove all classes on the style sheet that are currently not being used. 5. Ensure all three columns have a border #0000 of 1 px defined on style sheet. For SEO purposes, I do not want any tables on the site.
