Convert MS EXCEL Spreadsheet into an Application for Desktop and Web

Convert an existing Real estate financial analysis EXCEL spreadsheet with calculations into a windows based application. We will provide all the formulars used in calculation. The application will be of two versions: 1.0 Desktop Version and 2.0 Web-based Version that would be accessed by users in the field who cannot install the application in the public terminals. Application would be multipage/form with LOGIN functionality. Admin can add and remove users. Users can only use packages corresponding to the authority they have. Packages will be BASIC, STANDARD, GOLD, PLATINUM. Icons of other packages would be visible, but greyed out. Once given the proper authority, appropriate package becomes clickable. There are 3 similar worksheets. However, the report curently comes in a single page. This is not anything huge. The worksheet works well, but we intend to take this to the next level. It is a typical financial analysis. Same formular used all through for stuff like year 1, year 2, year3, year 4, year 5, year 6, year 7, year 8. Imagine having a report showing all these fugures in 7 columns. That is basically what the report will look like and that is what counts to us. The development work is to convert our working excell spreadsheet to a more stable application. Finished project would be delivered as a package that can be installed in a computer EXAMPLE NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System). REPORTING functionality is very important. We will provide screen shots of possible look and feel. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
