Sales copy website with refferal tracking url, Linked to sage play instant to take payment

The basis of our systemn will be a one page website that will contain sales [login to view URL] have several pages of sales copy for one of our products. We require this to be uploaded on to a one page website. We actually want a system creating that is similar to the one click bank use where you can have multiple refferal tracking urls. Each advertiser will have a unique url that will track his/her commisions. Payments for each product will be made using our Sage Instant payment taker and so this needs to be intergrated too. Each affiliate will have there own unique url. There will be details kept on each of our advertisers relating to thier industry. We then require the page that comes up on each advertisers url to be slightly different corresponding to the industry information we have about them. For example some of the text will be targeted specifically to the finance industry and should be used if the advertiser is in Finance. This is a bit like a mail merge. The majority of the text will stay the same but small sections will be changed. Along with the tracking urls we will also require some reasonably easy to use reporting system.
