2Checkout Module & Notification mail

1. I need someone to write me a 2checkout payment module for a classified ads script that I have bought. This payment module will have to be integrated with the script so that means that some of the current scripting will have to be added to/amended. 2. I will also require this person to create a script to mail notifications to people who have registered to notify them of: a) registration details b) ad expiry details. This must also be integrated with the current script. The script is written in php and I will need someone who is proficient in php as well as creating payment gateway modules. I might have to make minor changes as we go along so you must be prepared to work with me and carry out any changes that I might find necessary. I only have $50 for this job so please don't post any offers if you cannot work for this amount of money. No bids over $50 will be considered. I will provide the current script once I have selected a bid.
