Writing Regular Expressions PCRE

We're looking for programmers that know Regular Expressions (PCRE). We have 1000+ shops that require regular expression matches and SIMPLE explanation on how to get product links. We require 3 REGEXs for product pages that will match: NAME, PRICE, DESCRIPTION. Each of your regular Expressions should return value in [1] element of array. case 0: sitemap of product urls: Example: "Website has a sitemap with product links located in [login to view URL] Regular expressions for products: example url: [login to view URL] PRICE: <div id=price>(.*)</div> NAME: <div id=price>(.*)</div> DESCRIPTION: <div id=price>(.*)</div>" case 1: sitemap of product categories Example: "Website has a sitemap with product categories located in [login to view URL] Each category has pagination like: x.y.z.com/category/page=X, where X is the page number highest X for each category is located in [REGEX]: <div id=pagination>last: (.*).</div> Regular expression for each link in product listing: <div id=link>(.*)</div> Regular expressions for products: example url: [login to view URL] PRICE: <div id=price>(.*)</div> NAME: <div id=price>(.*)</div> DESCRIPTION: <div id=price>(.*)</div>" case 2: no sitemap Example: "Website has a search that outputs list of every product when you type '%', Search has pagination like: x.y.z.com/search/page=X, where X is the page number highest X is located in [REGEX]: <div id=pagination>last: (.*).</div> Regular expression for each link in product listing: <div id=link>(.*)</div> Regular expressions for products: example url: [login to view URL] PRICE: <div id=price>(.*)</div> NAME: <div id=price>(.*)</div> DESCRIPTION: <div id=price>(.*)</div>" case X: We require PRICE / NAME / DESCRIPTION and product link for every product in store, propose a better solution if none of those cases match or discard SHOP URL if you think it's unparsable. Your method must be in accordance with [login to view URL] for each store. Payment will be done upon completion of RULES for 10 stores, after our verification. We will select ~10 best [best price and regex skills] bids. You're bidding on package of regex pack for 10 stores.
