Write some Softwaredesktop application

Need someone to design ,develop a point of sale application that will work on android tablets and as a windows desktop application .This application is for a kiosk terminal. This application will have a backend where vouchers are uploaded ,it will show how many have been sold on device , how many are on device in realtime, all transactions on the device, date ,time , ledger ,like weekly ,daily , monthly ,yearly.
