Write some Software - social media integration

We are building a social media platform for internal use within our company. The aim is to provide our operatives with a way of creating posts and pushing them out to multiple social media accounts. We have 1,200 social media accounts and we have many messages that need to be posted to hundreds of them at the same time. At the moment this is done manually. By the end of this project we will have an interface that our operatives can go to, create content, add the content to a table in our database. Then our social media transport service will pick up the contents of the database table and send the messages into the platforms/accounts we specify within the interface. This project will be done in four parts; 1) Our internal development team will be building the interface that allows them to create the content (text, image, links), schedules the posts, and allows the user to specify which platforms/accounts to transport the content to. When the time comes to transport the content, we will automatically add it to a series of transmission tables and then part 2 below will take over. 2) FREELANCER CONTRACTOR – The person who is awarded this project will build the Transmission Service. You will build something that can be installed on our servers. It will grab the data records from the transmission table, and will transport them to each of the four social media platforms. These services will be setup to query the transmission table every 5 mins to see if there are any messages to be sent. You will build all the integration code for each platform, in separate branches of code. As much of the code as possible will be built in php so that our internal development team can maintain it going forward. Once the message is sent you will write back to the transmission table to confirm it has been sent. You will deliver each social media platform as it is completed. 3) Our internal development team will be building an interface that allows them to see a table/graph of all of the social media accounts plugged in, with results data for how many e.g. twitter followers, facebook page likes, facebook post likes etc. There are 15 metrics to be monitored. 4) FREELANCER CONTRACTOR – The person who is awarded this project will build a service to collect the information from the four social media platforms and will post the results to a database table. This service will run every hour and will be installed on our servers. All the code is to be written in php.
