I need a plugin that serves a gateway type page similar to the one at [login to view URL] (see attachment). I need the option to add various quotes in different categories. The bottom portion of the page should have an area where I can put in anything from an optin form to a full page advertisement. Should be able to change background colors etc. and have the following features: 1) cookie option to show ad once or any number of times when a visitor returns 2) should have option to show on entry to homepage or any other page or all pages when coming from outside the site only. 3) timer as seen in the attachment We have many projects available over the next 6 months so please consider your bid with an eye towards future work.
