I have done a lot of spreadsheet automation work in company, including some recurrent analysis work by excel macro. According to your description, I need to create a table for your to input and click one button to proceed all data you required into a fix table or another new workbook(in win 7environment). Also, some data validation will be checked after you click some button and many hints will be provided to tell you whether you are fully aware what have input. It is not that hard, but you may need to wait 7 days which I could only do some freelancer work at weekend.
