Migrate Cold Fusion Web Site

Migrate web site from cold fusion to php, java, mysql. The previous programmer has skipped town and we have no access to the server so you will need to use some method to download and recreate the same look and feel. It looks like it is three name and address information pages with a drop down list at minimul. We don't know if the server side is using a database for collection or storing text files or sending email. You can recreate the web site using any method you want asn long as it looks the same on the web browser side. The current web site is fightersafety.com.
