Fix a div css problem in website.

Hello, The website opens perfectly in chrome and firefox but it gets messed up in IE (till now tested in 8) So we suspect the problem is with the behavior of div , the div appear correctly (one inside the the other in chrome or firefox) but in IE they appear alongside (parallely) to each other , the page is very simple in structure. Thanks.
