Facebook Fan Page Picture/ Text Post

I want a function written that will either post a message or photo with caption to a Facebook Business page NOT a profile page. I will have access to the long lasting access token and page id. This will be a server side script in PHP so there will not be any client interaction. The function will take 4 parameters. 1. url of image (if there is an image) 2. Caption of image or message 3. Message 4. Link 5. Text for Link Ideally you could use CURL so i don't have to use the Facebook API.
