We have been into IT since 1994 (desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001 and Wowza/FMS based video streaming/VOD apps for about 3 years. Currently exploring International clients through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. I couldn't understand what you meant by "encoding decoding". Of course I know what it means, but where would the files come from and what do you want to encode or decode? perhaps if you could tell a bit more about the project (what you intend to do), we could guide better. Is this going to be a portal for end users where they can upload or stream their own cams? or are you going to offer a VOD solution where they can upload files? For FLV and MP4 files, you don't need any decoding as Wowza's transcoder addon can convert them automatically. Please provide more details and we can discuss further. The bid amount is arbitrary since I had to fill in the minimum amount. i can tell the exact amount later. A php/mysql based portal which integrates with Wowza for streaming, will cost $1500. Dear Sir, I'm an expert in live video streaming using Wowza media server. I've been using Wowza to deliver RTMP, RTSP, HLS and Smooth streaming stream to Desktop/Web, OTT, mobile devices and Smart TV. Previously I had been working for 6 years in Livestation Ltd. UK, as their senior programmer, dealing with video ingest and transcoding. One of Livestation's major client is Al Jazeera.
