My understanding of your project is that you currently have an ad on CL with the necessary contact information for potential clients to get in touch namely and email address. This email currently will come to you. You require a system that will automatically respond to all emails received. For E.g indicating to your clients that you received the email. In addition you would like to respond a second time if the should respond to your auto response. Questions What is the purpose of the second auto response? How to achieve I would create a system that will have access to the mailbox. This system would check periodically for emails and respond to them accordingly. System would be created to utilize a PHP system with a MySQl Database.

Hi, I may be a new Freelancer but I have been doing customer service and administrative tasks using various software for about 10 years in the BPO industry (Australia, USA and UK accounts). In saying that, I am confident that I can do this task fairly well. I am hoping that you will consider letting me do this for you. I know how to set up automated replies in Thunderbird but if I would describe the solution, that would be a giveaway. With regard to the CentOS Software, I am not really familiar with its interface. I'm fairly fluent in PHP, and PHP has quite good binding to fetch email. What I propose is a PHP script running 24/24 (alreay done some), fetching your email account regularly, and maintaining a backend batabase of the email received. When new email are detected, the appropiate email response is send ( also using your email account, by the way of SMTP gateway. Every email provider offers it ). The great advantage of this solution is that it is very easy to build a monitoring dashboard above it. The only requiredment for this solution is to have a server to run the PHP proccess, but you say you already have one, so you're covered. If you want additionnal informations, just ask :)
