Dolibarr invoice template - repost

Create Dolibarr 3.4 module that allows: - new tag in ODT template for Customer invoice; tag will show Shipping Contact name and complete address (street, City, Region) if defined in invoice - show ExtraFields from Customer invoice in PDF template; show all ExtendedFields and specific field by specifying AttributeCode (include one example in PDF template); PDF template will be based on 'crabe' Module/ template files will be done without changing code in Dolibarr application, but as a separate module.
