need urgent fixes

its urgent, looking for someone to fix [login to view URL] (a clone of craigslist with some css) totally and also to add some guarenteed SEO for some turkish keywords about free ads and etc for google first page. summary: i have a craigslist clone which is designed with a nice CSS but need some fixes and adds. fixes needed: - images cant be uploaded by users and cant be shown in main page, listed image pages and ad's detail pages. - in ie 7 there comes a blank part above the header and logo. i want my site look same and well in ie, firefox and safari. - some pages (add an ad and etc) have same width problem. the middle side of the page is narrow. i want all of them fixed. - paypal part doesnt work. it needs some small configuration. adds: - i want a membership system for interface and admin. before they add an ad they need to login. i have this ([login to view URL];value=signup) which only asks email and password but its not enough for me. i need to ask city, sex, birthdate and place, job, phone. some of them should be with "*" - also i need a control in admin for this members to segmentate them by age, job, sex and etc or by few of them. and a button to download them in excel format. - and for email marketing after segmantation i can send an email to all of them with a message part added above the admin. - i want some ads and page skin ad places which can be controlled from site admin. -i want an easy integrated forum like in craigslist. SEO - no search engine optimization is done. i want my site to be on first page for every google search for some keywords in turkish. and i want a guarentee for this. if you do this job well, i will send you lots of jobs. those who doesnt guarentee for seo please do not bid. also not much time to finish it. thank you
