Wordpress expert needed (003)

Wordpress Expert Needed We have installed wordpress and integrated a pre-made theme. 1. We would like to customize the navigational bar area to make it look nicer. Currently we have too many pages and it is not looking good in the navigation bar. This will need your suggestion. 2. Need to setup the advertisement plugin. The theme says that it comes with it, but I did not see the option in the admin. This needs to be setup properly. 3. Need a forum plugin installed. Please only bid if you are an expert in wordpress.
