17876 Changes to Search Site

This project is to make changes and fixes to my search engine web site as follows. 1) Design a new header. Currently uses flash, I want a simple header with nice clean graphics 2) Fix some bugs in the script (sponsored results do not appear, search preferences has bugs). 3) Create custom 404 page to send dead links from older site to new pages.
