Private consultant area for sharing of files/forum/news

I currently run a business that has consultants who sell our products nation wide. I would like to create a "community" section of our website that can be accessed ONLY by consultants. They will need to log in, and will then have access to the following; - forums/message board - files - gallery - latest news These are our main requirements however if someone can make us an offer that has other features, we would love to hear it! We just need the above as a? minimum requirement. We have looked at software like Joomla or Drupal, however have not found something ideal for what we are after, that we can understand how to modify. We want someone to come to us, suggest a software and the ways it will meet our needs, and then install/modify as required.
