Magento Expert Needed ASAP

Hi, I have magneto project which need to complete ASAP We need to do 2 customization 1) Each product have Type Drop Down & once user select type it shows related size drop down value upon selecting size its show the price (extra price added to default price) 2) There is custom page where user can upload image & apply pre-defined effect to that & place order. So we can do canvas of that image & send them. I have similar site working in Os-Commerce but need that to move to magneto. Please reply if you have Experience in magneto only.
