Website Code Cleanup

Due to a recent php security update on our server I am receiving errors when I or customers log into my automobile listing website such as: Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home/americas/public_html/includes/classes/Command/[login to view URL] on line 45 Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home/americas/public_html/includes/classes/Command/[login to view URL] on line 57 If I click the Back button on the browser all functionality is available. I used to have some Google adwords on the site and need to have any code related to google adwords removed which might also clear up some spacing issues on various pages. Some drop down menu's do not display in alphabetical order and it would be nice if they were fixed to do so. Future project on this site are available and I am open to suggestions on my current site to help a more user friendly experience.
