Simple Rewards Database
#1. Account Creation
This is where we can login to admin and create a trade partners account.
Fields include: Company Name, Contact Name, Phone, Fax, Email, url, user & pass.
We also need it so that we can input a batch of card #s for each partner.
We will be giving out cards to partners from 1 to 5000 (as an example).
We need to be able to assign these card #s to each trade partner. So we
need an area in each trade partners admin to add the card #s given to that partner.
We do not want to enter these manually. We just want to input cards as a batch as we
will give them lets say 20 cards at a time. So we would need a simple way to just
enter cards#: 20 - 35. or 87 to 301, etc.
Once we click submit.. user/pass and welcome letter are sent to trade partner notifying
them the account has been setup and informing them of there username and pass.
We need to be able to go back in to the trade partners admin at any time and enter more cards associated
with that trade partner aswell. We will be giving them new cards each month or week etc as they run
out and need more. So these card #s will have to be captured.
#2. Sales Person Admin
Each sales person needs to be able to login to the admin area (password setup for each sales person, set by main admin)
This is a simple set of fields where the client inputs the card #. The trade partner account pops up and customer info is then captured.
This will include customer name & Phone,a yes no field wether the customer bought or not and points field # as well as a field for notes.
Once you click submit this is associate partner that has that card # associated with it. Once they click submit they would get thank you
input has been captured and redirected to main page to enter card #s again.
#3. Partner Admin Rewards/Stats Login
The trade partner can now login with user/pass generated at account sign up (step #1.) and view a page with there
current rewards points and view a shopping cart setup (table with thumbs/lable) of rewards currently offered.
They would then be able to click on a thumbnail of reward they like and view more details. More details will show
a bigger image and some details about the reward(product). They can then click redeem button to redeem there points
if they have enough. When they click redeem button they are then sent to thank you page stating they have just redeemed there points
for reward name and given small message. At this point.. admin gets email stating points were redeemd and for which reward, aswell the client (trade partner)
gets the same email saying he redeemed his points and has number of points left and small message from admin.
When trade partner redeems points... system needs to update automatically to calculate and total his remaining points.
#4. Account Admin History Review
The last and final area is a stats history admin. This is where the main admin can login and view a history log of all trade
partners account activity. By this I mean viewing a full history log of all sales and non sales. Then he can also choose to
view only all sales. Or all non sales. This is done by simple drop down or clicking a view all sales.. non sales.. or full history (sales and non sales)

It needs to be so I can alter any part of the layout and add styles (CSS) if needed. As the admin will need to meet my standards in terms of style and looks for this client.
