PHP script reconstruct - URGENT

I need a very skillful programmer to re-construct a script. Script was modified many versions and from different programmers, is very messy and many un-use files/[login to view URL] current script contains 528 php files (a lot are just useless) around totally about 4.6mb. I will also need you to put debug #comments# on all the functions or vars in each inc for easy reference/doc. I will be going through the entire scripts with you online via msn or yahoo messenger and i am online almost 12 hours everyday.
