Order Form

I need a java (or other) scripted automated order form that will be published to our web site. Items (number will vary but could be up to 100) for sale must be easily modifed and be able to be hyperlinked to a small pop up with further description. Price will be set when item is setup. Client will enter quantity. Form must total itself. When submitted to us a confirm email should be generated that summarizes the order. Client's payment is not tied to this form so no payment info is required. Client info is required as follows: FName, Lname, Charter #(5digits), Date of charter MM/DD/YY, email, confirm and verify email. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4. What ever interface or ?? is needed to change/update products. ## Platform in all 3.o+ versions of IE and Netsape
