configure Freelance marketplace script

Obtain and configure a freelance marketplace script to meet my requirements. I do not have html or programing exerience but I know what I want. Will expain details in private session. There are several scripts that can be obtained for reasonable prices which will do the job. I will need the site to then be loaded and I will need to be trained on using the site. I have looked at Kublelance, Guruscript, and a few others. I am open to suggestions but I want the job done without delay. With an off the shelf product I cannot see why this cannot be done in one days time. Thank you for bidding.
