Web site changes

We already have a fully completed site, its live and made in cms druple. You must be an expert in druple have more than 5 feedbacks and have good communications skills and work gmt time or at least some of it. The job is to work with 2x .psd file already made by our graphic designer.. Changing the home page (.psd-1) and all the other pages are (.psd-2). Make changes : back ground, change in navigation colour on mouse over are the main changes. The will be a need to also changes some images for new one also within the .pds files.
