PHP Script to convert HTML to PDF

Hi, I need an expert in HTML to PDF convertion. An example of what I need to convert to PDF is this: [login to view URL] The PDF will have tolook EXACTLY the same as the HTML, and each invoice should fit in one page of the PDF. The best tool for this I guess is TCPDF ([login to view URL]) BUT if you know a better one (that DOESN'T RELY on EXTERNAL APIs like [login to view URL] and DOESN'T need the installation on ANY server-side extensions or plugins) please feel free suggest it as al alternative.
